Main traveler car replacement

Trying to find a replacement for the traveler car, particularly the control blocks. Manual has parts referenced as Harken 1515 Double Control Blocks and Harken 1509 Traveler Car. It appears Harken has updated travelers, but nothing with the control blocks on top of the car.

Try calling them. They still show a similar block on the windward sheeting H1635. Maybe they can make up a run of them.
I will also look to see, I thought I had an extra car.

Matt, sorry, the spare I have is a 22mm car... I think this is what Harken replaced ours with: T2742B.HL

Thanks, Chris. I think you are correct that the T2742B.HL is the replacement. Waiting to hear back from Harken and will report back with my final solution.

Finally got in touch with Harken. They recommended T2742B.HL.NW. The “NW” is a special order for Non-Captive Bearing tracks/cars. After double checking my track and car, I found out it was actually captive bearing (2005 Hull 251).
Long story short, Chris is correct. Model T2742B.HL is correct. Also, since 2015 all cars have an option to remove the captive wire in case you might have a non-CB track (probably 2003 or 2004 hulls).
Looks like the track will need to be removed for replacement. Yay.

Before doing work on the traveler track, think about the mainsheet cleat support post underneath. It is better to combine the two projects if you are thinking to replace it, or at least purchase the stainless steel post to have handy even if you don't plan to as you may find corrosion or the screw going into the post won't budge, a screw you must loosen to raise one side or the other to change cars.

Replacing the post adds three to six hours to your project. Headliners need to be removed, new screws replace old, screws need to be shortened to exact lengths to get the headliner back on. Two person project at times.
