Looking to buy Great Lakes J109

Am keen on buying a freshwater J109 on the Great Lakes to replace my Bene 36.7. Keep me mind if you are considering selling - avoid brokerage fees! Have sailed a bunch on 109s, on the east coast and Key West. Lake Michigan preferred.
