The Annual Meeting of the Executive Board was held on the evening of Monday, November 16, via conference call (as in prior years). Beyond the Executive Board, all current class members were welcomed to participate. The minutes are posted with some key outcomes are as follows:

2015 North American Championship:
The 2015 J/109 North American Championship will be held at Block Island Race Week, June 21-26.
