Guys - I replaced both the port/stb saloon headliner and when doing so put a couple of clear coats of water sealing varnish on the marine ply so if there was any future water ingress the board would not rot like the old liner did.
Cheers

Re: Interior cushions
Charlie,
I had a full new set of cushions made back in 2013 by Ken' Canvas and Cushions Inc. <kenscanvasandcushions@verizon.net> they are in Rhide Island.
Great result with perfect fit as they have the design templates.
Here is a number I also found - Kenny (401-480-3147)
Good luck.

Re: Solar Panel
G'Day,
I installed a dual battery solar controller as below - plus a flexible 12v 200W panel that I leave in the cockpit on a mooring - very functional.

Re: Rudder Leak
Mvallus - this is very helpful thanks for your post and the link.
After reading the symptoms on the PYI site where under power there is more water ingress fits my problem exactly.
My rudder bearings were replaced back in 2013 so I am going to go for the split gaiter solution.
Cheers

Rudder Leak
My rudder post is leaking sea water - has anyone repaired this problem?
Can it be repaired in the water or is the boat needed to be lifted and the rudder dropped?
Thanks

Re: Painting wheel?
Matt,
6 months ago I removed my wheel, had it sand blasted, powder coated and then had a friend put on a new leather cover that I bought from the US.
The end result was great - advise was that powder coating was a better outcome to painting.
I will dig out a phto and post it for you.

Re: Windlass
Yes my 109 has the wiring ready to go for a windlass and it has the removable bow roller. I have looked extensively through the materials available and no where does it mention the optioned windlass vendor or model. Even the J Boats guys were unable to provide the data. Given the design is a 2003 vi...

Code Zero Experience
Hi Guys,
I am seriously thinking of buying a Code0 for flying off the end of the pole and using a furler for it.
Can anyone using a Code0 with the 109 please be so kind as to share your experience, thoughts and opinions?
Thanks
