Would anyone know the manufacture and part number to replace the Sink Sprayer?

The part at the end of the hose only. or, a generic replacement?

On Vento Solare the base is a Grohe and the nozzle is Omni. Two different brands. The pull out hose is 2/04 Grohe 5 A. The top of the hose has male threads that connect with the faucet. You can probably find something that will fit in the base and match threads with the hose end.

We went to Home Depot and picked up a delta faucet and replaced the whole thing. Fit right in the hole in the countertop and connected to the water lines no problem. Looks nicer than the original and way cheaper than a faucet from a marine supply store. The new faucets have been on the boat for 2 years now and no problems so far.
