I have an accepted offer on a 109 with survey to follow soon, any advice on what specifically to look for/check on during a survey/inspection would be appreciated. Thank you

We found our connection box for our mast wiring had been overlooked. It collects a lot of moisture.

Also our shower pump needs work. This is a std 109 issue.

Check for wood decaying mold around the cut edges on all the sole sections, particularly around the mast. The flooring is a "marine grade plywood". My cut edges were not sealed with epoxy and when the mast leaked or water drained through the sections, it soaked into the cut edges and rotted out 3-4 sections. This was completely missed during my survey. (This all happened about 3 mo after I bought my boat).
