in-hauler ruling on adjustable tracks

I was asked if a track could be mounted on the cabin top for an adjustable in-hauler lead.
This is not allowed based on the only allowed additional tracks are unused genoa tracks (4.3.4)
After the implementation of in-haulers, 4.3.5 will apply to barber hauling as well as in-hauling using U-bolts or pad eyes inboard of the tracks.
