Would anyone have any training aids for crew?

How to make the boat go faster or compete within the Class.

Would anyone have any training aids for crew?

Post by Dan Corcoran » Thu Feb 01, 2018 10:46 pm

I have a crew member strongly suggesting we have responsibilities written down for each position on cards to provide more structure to each position so that performance can be more repeatable with substitute crew, and work out some details how that changes as we sail with 6,5,4 or fewer crew.

Has anyone worked this out or could suggest another approach to what sounds like a laborious task (what to put on each card?)

Thanks

I did that for my J/30 but have never made an equivalent for the J/109. Care to take a stab at modifying this?
