Motivated seller, must sell now, price dropped to $139,000 You can single handedly preserve marital bliss in my home by buying this boat! This is your chance to get what is quite possibly one of the best equipped and most extensively updated 109's available for a great price.

Regrettably we must sell our J/109. She is located in Sausalito, California
Very extensive updates in the last 3 years. Race ready or cruise in style.

-Fully loaded with factory options including hot water heater, salon cabinets, refrigerated icebox, etc.
-Extensively updated within the last 2 ½ years

-New 1.5 year old Yanmar 3ym30 Engine and new sail drive seals
-All B&G instruments including ACP1 autopilot with gyro compass
-New as of June 2018 Grand Prix high end bottom paint (Proline 1088 vinyl paint, also burnished). Hull and topsides buffed and waxed.
-New lifelines Sept 2018
-New grand prix polytec mainsheet ($500 value) Sept 2018

Sails added 2016, (all North Sails):
-3di Main
-A2, A3, A4, Code 0 with furler
-3DL racing jib
-Dacron cruising jib

2017 Sails (All North Sails):
-3di racing Jib
-A6 (sk130 material) Heavy wind kite, also good as a smaller and more durable cruising kite

Work done in December 2015:
-All running rigging replaced
-New dodger
-Mast buffed and polished
-Hull buffed and waxed
-Keel faired
-Proline 1088 vinyl bottom paint with burnishing
-4 B&G H3000 20/20 mast instruments added
-B&G Instruments professionally calibrated by Peter King
-New galvanic isolator
-Hydraulic backstay rebuilt
-Rudder pulled, inspected, new bearings installed
-New mast base and mast collar
-Lazy Jacks installed for main sail
-Traveler car rebuilt
-B&G H3000 GPD pilot control added above companionway (used, not available new)
-Inhaulers added for jib sheets
-Vang lines led aft to cockpit
-LED navigation lights
-Overhead interior lights changed to LED
-Fresh water holding tank bladders replaced
-New fresh water faucets
-BlueSea Battery isolator switch

-Sprit painted with Interlux Perfection epoxy paint
-Wheel painted and new hide handgrip wrap
