Advice on pole and rigging for jib and/or asym spin

Hey Forum, questions on poling out jib and asym spinnaker

1. What's the right length for a pole for a standard class jib for sailing wing on wing?
2. Where to put a bail or track on the mast - inches from deck for example.
3. Anyone use a pole with asym spinnaker? What length is the pole and where on the mast is the bail or track? Any need for foreguy? Any issues with winging the spinnaker for longer distance? I've done it as a trimmer on j-105s for nearly entire legs buoy racing on occasion to great effect.
4. Anyone using an adjustable pole for use with jib or spin?

Pics of set ups, poles, tracks, bails on mast appreciated

I have an adjustable whisker pole setup using a Forespar LC10-18UTR, initially for a 2012 Quantum #2 that wasn't cut for inhauling. Switching to a North 2021 #2 (higher wind version) cut for inhauling, the clew is, paradoxically, somewhat lower when set out on the whisker pole. So, the ring on the mast is now theoretically too high, and the whisker pole now angles downward quite a bit towards the clew, but it still works fine. I don't need to extend it much at all for the current 2021 #2. A slightly shorter and lighter, pole might now be sufficient.

I wouldn't bother setting a spinnaker from a mast attached pole like on a symmetric boat. I'd only set from the built-in prod.
