J/109 Class Rules Updated

The class rules have been updated to reflect changes effective 22 October 2015.  This update allows the use of a jib inhaul system.  Class rule 4.3.7 now states The Jib may be in hauled forward of the mast with the lazy sheet or behind the mast in a horizontal manner with a control line system.  The updated rules are available at this link.
