110 Volt Circuit Breaker Replacement

I'm having a problem with the outlet circuit breaker. It trips pretty eash and at way less than it's rated amount of 10 amps. Has anyone replaced any of their circuit breakers?

The J 109 I purchased in the spring of 2013 (RESOLUTE) already had a Ray marine hydraulic autopilot installed below decks. I've installed my first one on the port side. I made some wood sleeves for the pipes to slide in to and through bolted them at the sink and near the cupboard in the galley. Also through bolted them in the forward port hanging locker an in the V-birth area. I made the wood sleeves out of two by fours ...
