Harken 57mm ESP Mastcollar blocks
Some of my mastcollar blocks are deformed. I am wondering if I should be replacing them with something tougher, and if yes, with what?

Da,
Based on the age I'd say the same blocks should be used. The twisted block was probably caused by the vertical pin being stuck and not rotating thus providing an unbalanced side load. I would put the effort into fixing that.

So I misdiagnosed this as being a load vs strength problem? Thank you.
Yea, I could put some effort in.
While this is the only block that is twisted, two others have gaps. Is this normal or are your blocks from a different manufacturer?
