Unfortunately I didn't take many pictures after the fix. The photo below is where the spreader intersected with the mast. There was a lot of wobble at this connection and you can see the spreader bar holding the spreader was starting to wear on the mast.

Sharing how to resolve issues with the spreaders getting too lose. I didn't have the upgrade so I needed new doubles and bars.

The parts can be sourced from Winchard/SparCraft. If they are not on the shelf, it takes about 3-4 weeks to machine/make. Newport Rigging then did the install.

Hi, I have the issue with the excessive spreader motion as well. I haven't taken things apart yet to confirm where the halyards are located. Could you please share how you are fixing the excessive spreader motion?

No, I did not ask about the faucet. I did need to replace the faucet in the galley and Grohe doesn't make that one anymore. I just got something simple from HomeDepo

In case anyone needs to replace the faucet hose in the head (mine kinked), the part number is the following:

Great - thanks! I also talked to my diesel mechanic. He said West Marine actually carries the part - it's called a tank sender gasket. There is only one way it can go in with the 5 screws. He recommended marking the tank with a Sharpie to ensure I get the alignment right with the new gasket ...

Has anyone replaced the o-ring seal on top of their diesel tank? Mine seems to be leaking a bit. I tightened it down last year and that worked for a bit, but I think it is time for a replacement. Does anyone have the part number and/or know where to get the part?
