Hi - I don´t use that ugly dockbox at any time.
So I´m thinking of removing this SS rod and us the hydraulic adjuster with a longer Dyneema backstay.
Did anyone the same?
What do you think about it?

Replacing it with Dyneema is not class legal.
An additional feature the rod provides is a convenient place to hold on when getting on and off the boat using the swim ladder. This is true both in the water and after the boat is hauled. Thinner Dyneema might be a little harder on the hands for this.
