I am relocating my 109 to the North Carolina area and am in need of some capability to get the damp out of the boat. Would like some advice how other owners have handled the question of dehumidifiers or air and what manufacturers you would recommend.

I have a big dehumidifer on the boat that does a tremendous job of drying everything out (including the spinnaker) and getting some of that mildew type of smell off the boat. I have owned the boat for over a year now, racing her 3-4 days a week, and she still smells (almost) like a new boat. Found the unit brand new on ebay for $70, it is not a marine unit but for $70 versus $350 for a marine grade unit I can buy a new one every other year for the next ten years and still be ahead.
